According to the Foreign Investment Agency under the Ministry of Planning and Investment, USD6.85 billion of foreign investment has been poured in the country during the past six months.
Process industry and manufacture have attracted 326 new projects with USD4.8 billion. Construction has drawn USD465.4 million.
Currently, foreign investment in Vietnam comes from 41 countries and territories, led by South Korea, Hong Kong and Japan.
