From now to December 31, 2014, An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBANK) will use VND700 billion for lendings of production, trade, house/car repair and purchase and individual consumption with preferential interest rates.
The program is valid for loans from VND100 million with lending terms of 6 months and over.
In the first 3 – 6 months, the loans enjoy a preferential interest rate of at least 7.5%/year.
