According to Ninh Hoa Town People’s Committee, the total capital for the new rural construction of the town in 2014 is VND55 billion.
Under the program, the town has carried out many activities, including developing production, investing in traffic, building rural infrastructures, subsidizing prices, supporting loans and so on. Communes sheltering ethnic people are given priority.
As expected, till end 2014, one commune will reach 19 norms of new rural construction, one will attain 15 norms, 12 will reach 10 – 13 norms and 6 will reach 6 – 9 norms.
