With 19 norms of new rural construction according to Decision 823 by the provincial People’s Committee, one commune of the district, Cam Hai Tay, has reached 18 norms; Cam Tan Commune has met 15 norms; Cam Hiep Nam Commune: 14; Cam Hiep Bac Commune: 12; two communes Cam Hoa and Cam An Bac: 11; 4 communes Cam Hai Dong, Cam An Nam, Cam Thanh Bac and Cam Phuoc Tay): 10; Suoi Cat Commune: 9; and Son Tan: 5.
