The National Assembly has recently passed some changes in Enterprise Law. Accordingly, the new law, effective from July 1, 2015, allows enterprises to determine whether to use seals or not.
The use of seals is no longer legally binding. It only helps ascertain the identity of enterprises.

Abrogating enterprise seals is one of the most important changes in the revised Enterprise Law.
The World Bank also recommended that enterprises shouldn’t waste time into innecessary procedures. Enterprise establishment is obstructed by cost and time for seals.
