Fishermen in Nha Trang so far this year have caught 3,260 tons of tunas, a 4.8% decrease year-on-year, according to the city’s Economic Bureau.
To raise the value of tunas, many fishermen in Nha Trang have applied Japan’s fishing technology. Despite the fact that the decrease in output, the quantity of fish qualified for export has risen, partly improving earning for fishermen.
