According to a recent report of Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, 44 enterprises in Khanh Hoa Province exported 83,000 tons of seafood to 64 countries and territories, getting USD466 million in turnover. The figure exceeded the year’s target by 0.2% and increased by 0.4% over that in 2013.

Making up 40% of the total export of Khanh Hoa seafood, the US was the biggest market, followed by Japan (20%), EU (15%) and other markets. Main exported kinds of seafood were shrimps (56%), tunas (28%) and other kinds.
