According to Khanh Hoa Provincial Statistics Office, Industrial Production Index (IPI) of the province in the first quarter of 2015 rises by 8,4% year-on-year. Process and manufacture see 8.3% up, mining: 8.7% up; production and distribution of electricity, fuel, hot water, steam and air-condition: 10.4% up; water supply and waste disposal: 6.6% plastic (25% up).

Some industries have high year-on-year increases in IPI are drink production (42.8% up); products from rubber and plastic (25%); transportation vehicles (nearly 24%). Industries making low increase or even decrease are textile (4% up), tobacco (0.73% up), furniture production (10.3% down) and food process (over 11.9% down).
