More 5 projects in Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area are expected to start operation at the end of this year. This is a good sign for the development of the tourist area.

According to the report of Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area’s management board, till June 2015, the area has 37 projects licensed investment certificate, including 19 granted building permit, 10 complying with applications for building permit, and 8 carrying out ground clearance. 13 out of the 19 granted building permit have started construction.
For example, the project of Dinh Vang Tourist Site, invested by Dinh Vang Nha Trang Co., Ltd with VND1,014 in total, has finished a 14 floor hotel, 8 bungalows, 2 swimming pools, scenery and many others. The project was granted investment certificate in January, 2014 and is scheduled to finish construction in August, 2019. The hotel has opened in April, 2015. The investor is complying with formalities to invest its second phase.
East Sea Resort, covering an area of more than 10 hectares with VND261 billion in total investment by East Sea Bai Dai Co., Ltd, is also in prompt construction. Up to now, a 105-room resort, a 96-room hotel and 12 hill villas have been built. The project is planned to be put into operation in December, 2015.
Tran Thai Cam Ranh Resort with VND710 billion in total investment of Tran Thai Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company. Despite being in late progress, its investor has executed many works of the project.
“Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area now is a like a large construction site. Investors are executing their work. At least 5 projects are scheduled to start operation officially”, said Nguyen Ngoc Loan, director of the tourist area’s management board. The five projects may be Riviera Residences & Resort, East Sea Resort, Fusion Maia Nha Trang Resort, Dinh Vang Tourist Site, and Hung Thinh New Urban Area.
