Spread of campaign for Vietnamese goods use in Khanh Hoa

The campaign for “Vietnamese give priority to use Vietnamese goods” has been spread well in Khanh Hoa Province. More and more organizations and businesses have taken part in the campaign, bringing good-quality Vietnamese products to more consumers.

 

 

 584 Nha Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company is one of businesses supporting the campaign actively during the past time. The company has taken part in all market days bringing high-quality Vietnamese goods to rural areas, fairs and workshops in the province. Do Huu Viet, director of the company, shared that the company always considers market expanse in rural areas, especially remote and poor places as an importance. The company has launched 28 kinds of products, from popular to high-grade, to all markets. During the past five years, the company has opened 12 more distributors in all districts, towns and cities in the province. In the first seven months of 2015, its turnover rose by 19% year-on-year. The figure made up 30% of the total.

 

 

 

Violet Production and Trading Joint Stock Company is another example. Beside joining program to bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas, the company often carries their products to rural areas and studies consumers’ demands there. Nguyen Anh Tuan, general director of the company, owning to the campaign “Vietnamese give priority to use Vietnamese goods”, consumers in rural areas have known Violet brandname. Even, many of them call to the company to order.

 

Many other enterprises also joined actively in the campaign, namely Khanh Hoa Salangane Nest Company, Khatoco Khanh Hoa Trading Company, Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company, Me Trang Coffee Joint Stock Company, Maximark Nha Trang, and Co.opmart Nha Trang.

 

According to leader of the provincial Trade Promotion and Industry Encouragement Center, in response to the campaign “Vietnamese give priority to use Vietnamese goods”, organizations and enterprises have launched business policies and strategies to stimulate consumption such as improving technologies, raising products’ quality and slashing prices. Many enterprises also have established distribution and agent systems to supply products for consumers directly. Even, some businesses have vans for mobile sales to remote areas. Accordingly, more and more consumers trust and use local goods.

 

During the past five years, Khanh Hoa Province has organized many fairs and exhibitions with the participation of thousands of businessess, coordinated with enterprises to hold many market days bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas, attracting a large number of consumers. In the first six months of 2015 particularly, the provincial Department of Industry and Trade organized two market days bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas, 5 fairs, etc.
