The General Statistics Office of Vietnam has just announced the Industrial Production Index (IPI) of the country in October has increased by 8.8% year-on-year. Mining has risen by 6.7% year-on-year; process, manufacture: 9.1% up; power production and distribution: 12.3% up, water supply and sewage disposal: 9.4% up.
