Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area now has infrastructures basically satisfying the development of tourism.
Infrastructures well built
From 2008 till now, the Management Board of Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area and investors have jointly executed the first step of investing infrastructures for the tourist area with the total disbursed capital of VND550 billion. Specifically, the branch road system of the southern tourist area has been finished the first stage; road routes of N6, N7, K9, K10 and K11 (invested with over VND86 billion) have put into use since 2013; waste water drainage and disposal system has been executed the first stage; the road connecting Nguyen Tat Thanh Boulevard with the station of Cam Ranh International Airport has been accomplished the second phase since 2012 with the total investment of VND50 billion, etc. In addition, the Management Board of Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area has executed the project of N3 Resettlement Site in Cam Hai Dong Commune, Cam Lam District according to the planning adopted by the provincial People’s Committee. Up to now, the first phase of its infrastructures (covering an area of 5.3 hectares) has been finished and handed over to Cam Lam District People’s Committee to arrange resettlement for households. The second stage (covering an area of 4.2 hectares) is expected to be finished in end 2015.
According to Nguyen Ngoc Loan, director of the management board, the management will forward building infrastructures of the tourist to satisfy the development of projects here.

Projects executed promtly
Till June, 2015, Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area has 37 projects granted investment certificate. Of the sum, 19 projects have been issued construction license; 10 projects are in the process of complying formalities for construction license; and 8 projects are under ground clearance. 13 of the 19 projects licensed construction have started construction.
At present, some projects of Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area have put into operation. At the end of this year, more 5 projects are expected to start operation, namely Riviera Residences & Resort, East Sea Resort, Fusion Maia Nha Trang Resort, Dinh Vang Tourist Site, and Hung Thinh New Urban Area. Despite just being ratified 1/500 planning, Fusion Maia Nha Trang Resort, invested by Tai Thanh Cong Co., Ltd, have finished 14 single bungalows, 9 double bungalows, 4 flats, 1 restaurant, 2 spa villas and area for the staff. Riviera Residences & Resort, invested by Focus Travel Co., Ltd., have put the first phase into operation, including bungalows, restaurant, reception area, swimming pool, spa and staff area. Its second phase, including a 9-floor hotels and 30 hill villas are in prompt progress.
From 2014 up to now, Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area has changed obviously. Contributing to this success is the comprehensive and timely investment in its infrastructures which has created good appearance for the tourist area and stepped up investors to execute their projects.
