According to the Statistics Office of Khanh Hoa Province, the local Consumer Price Index (CPI) in October has increased by 0.17% over that last month. Thus, the average CPI of the past ten months has risen by 0.82% year-on-year.

6 out of 11 main groups of goods and services have increased in CPI, namely dining-out food and services (0.27% up), drinks and cigarettes (0.86% up), housing and building materials (0.12% up), equipment and home appliances (0.13%), traffic (0.18%), and other goods and services (0.04% up).
The CPI in October made a rise mainly because the increases in petroleum prices on September 18 and October 3, 2015.
