By trade promotion, small and medium-sized enterprises in Khanh Hoa Province can find partners to expand their market.

 

So far this year, the provincial Industry Encouragement and Trade Promotion Center has organized many conferences, workshops and fairs in order to  support trade promotion for enterprises in the province, especially small and medium-sized ones. The center oordinated with businesses inside and outside the province to hold two market days to bring Vietnamese products to rural areas, organize 10 boosts for local enterprises, districts, townships and cities at 2015 Khanh Hoa Industry Trade Fair, etc. Besides, the center and the International Advertising and Trading Promotion Joint Stock Company jointly organized Southern Central Coast Industry and Trade Fair – Khanh Hoa 2015 with the participation of 145 enterprises. The total expenditure for trade promotion in the whole province in 2015 is nearly VND500 million.

Nguyen Ngoc Phu, director of Truong Phat Food Industry Limited Company, said, “The market day bringing Vietnamese products to rural areas has supported to introduce goods and services to buyers directly, and then increase our sales and find dealers”.

 

“Being selected to display products at High-quality Vietnamese Goods Fair 2015 was an opportunity for small producers like us to learn experience well-known enterprises as well as understand consumers’ taste to improve models and products’ quality”, said Nguyen Dinh Trong, a business owner in Dien Khanh District.

 

At present, many producers and distributors haven’t linked with each other. So some producers haven’t caught up with the market.

 

“We produce clean products with certificated food hygien and clear origin, but our products are difficult to sell to supermarkets and commercial centers. We desire the provincial Industry Encouragement and Trade Promotion Center to create opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses to take part in program linking distributors at fairs”, said Nguyen Cao Huan, director of Vietnam Special Products Joint Stock Company.

 

Besides, many enterprises desire to supply information to join suitable trade promotion activities.

According to Le Ngoc, temporary director of the provincial Industry Encouragement and Trade Promotion Center, in the coming time, the center will try to link the supply and the demand, cooperate with trade information organizations, and help small, medium-sized and remote enterprises to market their products and expand market.
