Trang E 1 Industrial Group covers an area of 35 hectares in Suoi Cat Commune, Cam Lam District. Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has ratified 1/500 detail planning for this industrial group. Mine and bomb clearance has been done. Land clearance has been finished with VND42.2 billion in total compensation.
KHAREAL has also finished designing and verifying level articles of Trang E 1 Industrial Group, and submitted the estimate design to the provincial Department of Construction. Solving difficulties
To put Trang E Industrial Group into operation, it’s pressing and necessary to supply enough power and water. According to Nguyen Van Dam, deputy director of Khanh Hoa Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company, water from Phuoc Dong Commune is not enough for Trang E Industrial Group, so it has to take water from Suoi Dau Water Plant, which has just started construction and is expected to be finished with a capacity of 30,000m3/day and supplied enough for the industrial group. About power, deputy director of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company Do Thanh Son, the company will invest VND6 billion to upgrade Binh Tan station to meet the power demand of Trang E 1 Industrial Group.
The most difficulties is the downgrading of traffic roads. To solve this problem, Permanent deputy director of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Son Hai directed the provincial Department of Transport and the provincial Department of Planning and Investment to forward upgrading the Provincial Road 3 from Nha Trang to Trang E 1 Industrial Group under the BT form. Initially, the provincial Department of Transport need to survey to improve the road from the industrial group to the National Road 1A in end 2016.
The provincial Department of National Resource and Environment has been directed to inspect a seafood waste workshop causing pollution in the industrial group and suspend its operation.
