Out of 21 people approved to be lent by Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee under Decree 67/2014, commercial banks in the province has signed credit contracts with 6 boats owners with total loans of VND29.9 billion. VND13.2 billion of which has been disbursed and two ships have been launched.
Other 15 boat owners haven’t signed credit contracts with banks, mainly because they haven’t finished formalities yet.
