6 companies equitized
According to the management board of the provincial Enterprise Innovating and Development Section, under the plan of equitizing State-own enterprises in the province for the period of 2011 – 2015 ratified by the Prime Minister, 4 enterprises have been equitized completely.
Specifically, in end 2015, Khanh Hoa Transport Service Company Limited (Transerco Khanh Hoa) made public sale successfully with VND42,000/share, taking nearly VND75 billion in total. Khanh Hoa Seafoods Exporting Company (Khaspexco) also got VND20.6 billion from selling shares. Khanh Hoa Tourism Company Limited has finished equitization, getting more than VND122 billion from share sales, including over VND62 billion for normal investors and VND60 billion for strategic ones. Equitization in Investment and Trade Company of Khanh Hoa has also been done with charter capital of VND250.971 billion.
According to Nguyen Van Nhut, the director of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment and Head of the provincial Enterprise Innovating and Development Section, in 2016, equitization will be focused on Khatoco and some units of Khanh Hoa Salangane Nests Company.
Focus on equitizing Khatoco
Equitization in Khatoco and Khanh Hoa Salangane Nests Company has started since end 2013.
According to the plan by the provincial People’s Committee, Khanh Hoa Salangane Nests Company has one member company to be equitized, that is Dien Khanh Sanest One Member Company Limited. On July 20, 2015, the provincial People’s Committee ratified value of the company and project for its equitization. As expected, Dien Khanh Sanest One Member Company Limited will be equitized wholly in the first quarter of 2016.
Three member companies of Khatoco also have finished equitization, those are Khatoco Printing Company Limited, Khatoco Mechanical Construction Company Limited, and Khatoco Feed Company Limited.
In 2016, the provincial Enterprise Innovating and Development Section focuses on equitization for Khatoco. The State with hold 65% - 75%. According to Deputy director of Khatoco Nguyen Dinh Huong, the three member companies of Khatoco have just been equitized, effects of production and trade after equitization haven’t been assessed. Now, Khatoco board of directors is writing the project of the company equitization to submit the provincial Enterprise Innovating and Development Section.
