Many activities to support businesses
According to Dang Thi Thu Nguyet, head of representative office of VCCI Khanh Hoa, the office admitted 21 members, raising the total of members to 300 enterprises. This proves that VCCI Khanh Hoa is trusted by enterprises in Khanh Hoa Province and Phu Yen Province.
Beside this, VCCI Khanh Hoa has organized many enterprise support activities to improve business environment and competitiveness competence, especially when many trade agreements come into effect. The office held 10 courses to train profession and update new policies for enterprises, 10 seminars attracting more than 900 enterprises.

VCCI Khanh Hoa also hosted talks between about 150 enterprises and local authority of customs and tax. Enterprises had chance to present their difficulties in implementing new policies and get answers from the State management agencies. Do Huu Viet, director of 584 Nha Trang Seafood, said that, “VCCI Khanh Hoa has organized many classes useful for our awareness to apply into production and trade. Talks with State management agencies help us to solve difficulties.”

| At the duty launch for 2016 of VCCI Khanh Hoa, Permanent Vice-chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee Tran Son Hai assessed: VCCI Khanh Hoa has performed well its functions and duties, supporting businesses, link them and supply useful information for them. VCCI Khanh Hoa is also a bridge between businesses and State management agencies to solve difficulties.

Trade and investment promotion of VCCI Khanh Hoa also made good results in 2015. VCCI Khanh Hoa helped enterprises to access foreign markets and have information of new trade agreements. The office also invited local businesses to survey markets in China, Korea, Europe and the US, join fairs and exhibitions in some Southeast Asian countries, promote salangane nest products to Japan… VCCI Khanh Hoa granted 4,300 Certificates of origin (C/O), guided C/O formalities and inspected enterprises submitting C/O.
“Despite difficulties in staff and expenditure, VCCI Khanh Hoa always tries to intensify supporting enterprises”, confirmed Dang Thi Thu Nguyet.
In 2016, many new free trade agreements will be signed, causing more severe competitiveness. Enterprises need take more initiative in their production and trade. For the stable development of enterprises, VCCI Khanh Hoa will intensify more activities to improve trade environment and competitiveness competence for enterprises through seminars, conferences about laws, management capacity, business execution, etc. and talks between enterprises and State management agencies to solve difficulties.
