5 enterprises have submitted application to rent land of Ninh Thuy Industrial Zone (in Ninh Hoa Township, Khanh Hoa Province), according to Hoang Dinh Phi, deputy manager of Van Phong Economic Zone.
Ninh Thuy Industrial Zone is invested by Hoan Cau Van Phong Company Limited with registered total investment of VND346 billion.
Up to now, only about 100 out of 250 hectares of ground in the industrial zone has been cleared and the infrastructure hasn’t been perfected but enterprises have still sent applications in advance.
The provincial People’s Committee has sped up the investor to perfect water and electricity supply to facilitate the project.
