According to a survey on shopping online on mobile devices by the Department of E-business and Information Technology (under the Ministry of Industry and Trade), 88% of the surveyed people search information about products on mobile devices before buying; 45% of the people use mobile devices at least once a day to search information about products; 24% search at least once a week.

However, there are also cheats in e-business. To limit it, the provincial Department of Industry and Trade is coordinating closely with other departments like information and communication, taxation, etc. The provincial Consumer Protecting Association is also a place to support consumers when being cheated.
