Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company is promptly solving difficulties, aiming to start construction of Song Cau Industrial Group in Khanh Vinh District, Khanh Hoa Province in the fourth quarter this year.
The project covers an area of 42.5 hectares. As planned, beside factories of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company, the project will draw many other factories, partly impulse the development of the province’s industry.
According to the company’s report, ground clearance hasn’t been finished. The company has paid VND16 billion of compensate to 32 out of 37 households with land lying in the project. Procedure for the five other households is in progress.

In Song Cau Industrial Group, the cleared ground now is leveling and underground water to supply for factories is in exploratory drilling. The company is do application formalities for some works such as electricity supply, clean water supply and waste water treatment in the industrial group.
Initially, the company will start construction of a 2-hectare cashew nut husking factory with an investment of VND20 billion, Sanna beverage factory with total investment of VND30 billion. As schedule, the company will submit application for construction license to start infrastructure construction of Song Cau Industrial Group in early August.
According to Permanent Vice-chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, Song Cau Industrial Group is expected to step up changing a part of ineffective farm and hill land in Khanh Vinh District into industrial investment to raise income for the locality. Initial factories will partly create more jobs for Khanh Vinh District and Dien Khanh District. The vice-chairman has recently asked Khanh Hoa Salangane Nests Company to comply formalities soon to start construction of the industrial group’s infrastructures in the end year.
