In 2010, Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company signed first collection-on-behalf contracts with Vietinbank and Agribank through ATM, however, the rate of collections in this way made up only 7.6% of the total. From 2011 up to now, the company has signed collection-on-behalf contracts with 12 banks and 2 partners that are M Services JSC and Viet Union Corporation. According to the latest statistics, the number of power bill payers through banks and other services is 45,129, making up 13.6% of total clients. The amount of money collected through banks and other services is VND1,971 billion, making up 60.02% of the company’s turnover.

Electricity bill payment through banks brings users convenience. In the time to come, the company along with banks will do many measures to make good shortcomings to improve the service in order to attract more users.
“In the coming time, the company will work with banks monthly to suggest measures and policies to raise the number of service users. In addition, the company will frequently check equipment to ensure the system operate stably and continuously”, Nguyen Kim Hoang, deputy director of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company.
