5 out of 11 goods and service groups having increase in CPI were dining-out food and services (1.29% up), drinks and cigarettes (0.62%), garment – headwear – footwear (0.35% up), housing – electricity – water – building materials (0.05% up), home appliances (0.09% up). Three groups with decrease in CPI were traffic (1.0% up), culture – entertainment – tourism (0.11% up), other goods and services (0.03% up). Groups of medicine – medical services, post – telecommunications, and education made no change in CPI.
