The province has set targets for 2016 as follows: IIP: 7.5% up over 2016; industrial production value: VND48,180 billion (15% up); retail sales: VND85,000 (15% up)…To reach above targets, the provincial Department of Industry and Trade has proposed 9 groups of measures, especially calling for investment in industrial zones, consulting preferential policies for investors and carrying out industry encouragement programs.
