The board of managers of the factory has intensified controlling production and business to improve the factory’s operation effect. The company has supplied goods for trading and materials for other factories in the company.
According to deputy director of the factory Trinh Thi Hong Van, the factory always attends to professional training for the staff aim to ensure the quality for products. Food safety check has been done. “We promote creation and survey to diversify wrapping designs to attract consumers. The factory continuously updates new regulations and standards, steps up exporting refined salangane nests to the US, Korea, Japan, etc.”, Van said.

With the effort of the whole factory, it has achieved good results in operation. In 2013, revenue of the factory was VND490.4 billion. In 2016, the figure rose to VND733.36 billion. In 2017, the factory has set a target of VND765 billion in revenue. In the first nine months of 2017, the revenue hit VND640.4 billion, increasing by 110% year-on-year.
To achieve the above figures, the management of the factory has sought potential clients like organizations, companies, tourist groups, domestic and international groups, etc. to do marketing for products as well as partners to export products…Production of the factory has been stable, supplying enough for the market. The process in production and trade is controlled strictly and scientifically according to the international standard ISO-HACCP.
According to Bui Thi Hanh, deputy director of Khanh Hoa Salangane Nests Company, Salangane Nest Material Processing Factory has focused on exporting refined salangane nests. Up to now, products of the factory have been exported to 21 countries and territories. Big markets are Hong Kong, the US, China, Taiwan, etc.. New markets are Australia, Japan, Korea, Europe, ASEAN countries, etc. The refined salangane nests are also supplied to make Sanest drinks, Sanest Foods products and for restaurants of the company in the country. In October, 2017, Khanh Hoa Salangane Nests Company was granted award by the Asia Pacific Quality Organization. The factory has contributed a part in this achievement.
