Marketing for tourism will be included in the event of Farm Product Fair Khanh Hoa 2018 which is scheduled to take place in July. About this, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Farmers’ Association Nguyen Trong Trung said:
- With the theme of “Safe, good-quality and sustainably-developed farm products”, Farm Product Fair Khanh Hoa 2018 aims to advertise advantages of the province’s agriculture, introduce images, people, cuisine and tourist products of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa tourism to domestic and foreign tourists.

- Could you share about preparations for Farm Product Fair Khanh Hoa 2018?
- The fair is planned to take place in mid July, 2018. It will have 100 booths featuring fruits, vegetable, processed farm products, ornamental creatures, seeds, achievement of biological technology, high-tech agriculture, tourist products of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa, and traditional cuisine.
The provincial Farmers’ Association has launched the plan to farmers’ associations to inform individuals and organizations in agriculture in the province. The association is also inviting some typical business in farming to join the fair.
- What are new features of the fair this year?
- In comparison with 2017, Farm Product Fair Khanh Hoa 2018 will add a sector to introduce about potentials, advantages and tourist products of the province. This will be an event on the occasion of the Congress of the provincial Farmers’ Association for the period of 2018 – 2023. As the organizer, the provincial Farmers’ Association is calling individuals and organizations to join the fair to diversify kinds of farm products. July is also the harvest time of some main fruits of the province like grapefruits, mangoes, durians, etc. As planned, the fair will be organized in 4 days/3 nights at Yen Phi Park, Nha Trang City. Also during this time, a seminar to connect supply and demand will be a significant activity with the aim to facilitate farmers, cooperatives and producers to do marketing for their products to retailers, hotels, supermarkets, etc. Typical farm products will be honored in the fair.
