Clean industry is the first tendency for industrial groups, industrial zones in Khanh Hoa Province.
At present, a lot of industrial zones and groups, just established in the province, have been completing infrastructure to attract investment. As planned, industrial groups Trang E, Song Cay, Dien Phu – VCN, Ninh Thuy will hand over ground to secondary investors. Project owners always try to call for investment in projects. Clean industries and unpolluted production are preferred.

According to Tran Son Hai, Standing Vice-chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, the province gives priority to develop clean industry and create advantageous environment to encourage and attract investment. The province also arranges factories in accordance with the environment protecting and developing planning to make good the unscientific development. Industrial development will contribute in changing the economic structure towards industry and tourism service – agriculture. It will also create more jobs, increase income for locals and partly forward the socioeconomic development. “However, we don’t develop industry at any cost. Environment is the first. Just formed industrial zones and groups have to give priority to unpolluted enterprises. Clean industry is the first tendency for industrial groups and industrial zones in Khanh Hoa Province”, Hai confirmed.
Beside the priority to clean industries in new industrial groups and zones, tackling the environment in existing industrial groups and zones will be attended to. According to the leadership of the provincial Industry Encouragement and Trade Promotion Center, in 2018, the center will advance a lot of environment protection measures for industrial groups under the management of the center.
