According to its organization board, in four days of the fair, 10,000 people came and bought products at the fair. They found good-quality and safe farm products at the fair.
Le Thi Hoa Khanh, a seller at clean vegetable booth in Ninh Dong Commune said, the booth sold out 5 tons of VietGAP vegetable. The booth of Ninh Hoa Township Farmers’ Association attained a turnover of VND150 million from sale, including 700 kilograms of manioc, 400 kilograms of sweet potato cakes and girdle cakes, 300 kilograms of garlic, 700 coconuts, etc. Luong Cong Van, director of Ninh Quang Agricultural Cooperative 1 revealed that 1.5 tons of Ngoc Quang rice was sold at the fair. At Long Phat safe pork booth, about 500 kilograms of pork is sold out each day, giving the booth about VND485 million in revenue.

Products from Khanh Vinh District also enjoyed large customers. According to Dang Thi Thanh Suong, vice-chairwoman of the district Farmers’ Association, sales green-skin grapefruits had twofold increase over the fair last year. Some other products like honey, forest vegetable, dried bamboo sprout, etc. The booth of the district got VND200 million in sales.
Khanh Hoa durian is the product of the highest sale. With 4,5 tons of durians and 400 kilograms of mangosteens, Son Binh Fruit Cooperative got VND350 million. With durians, grapefruits, jackfruits, rambutans, mangosteens, etc., the booth of Khanh Son District reach VND200 million in sales.
It’s possible to say that the fair this year has succeeded beyond expectation. Some kinds of farm products have been honored with good results in sales, safe production and good quality. The fair also attracted a number of visitors who are both locals and tourists.
According to Nguyen Trong Trung, Chairman of the provincial Farmers’ Association, the fair this year was joined by a lot of members. The fair has connected producers, businesses and consumers. It has also introduced visitors highlights of Khanh Hoa agriculture.
