Fishery yield of Van Ninh District, Khanh Hoa Province in the first half of 2018 hit 5,075 tons, fulfilling 41.95% of the year’s target and 86% year-on-year. Of the sum, fishing yield was 4,555 tons and aquaculture yield was 520 tons.
The decrease in fishery yield is because fishing boats as well as ponds and cages damaged by the storm Damrey in end 2017 need time to be repair.
