In some recently, raisers with cages damaged by the storm Damrey in end 2017 have come to Van Thanh Commune to receive the support. Many of them said that VND7 million of the support has encouraged them and helped them a part of expenses for the new raising crop. Truong Dinh Sang, in Van Thanh Commune, said that his aquaculture was damaged heavily by the storm and the production recovery is still difficult. The support partly helps family relieve difficulties.

According to Nguyen Van Dung, deputy manager of the Economic Sector of Van Ninh District, 1,654 households in the whole district has been supported with nearly VND11.6 billion. Van Ninh District People's Committee has also sent cardres to supervise the support, ensuring the support to right beneficiaries. The support partly helps raisers stabilze production sooner.
According to Vo Luc Pham, Vice-chairman of Van Ninh District People's Committee, the district is exploiting Planning to develop fishery and temporary regulations on to aquaculture areas by cages on the sea ratified by the provincial People's Committee. From this year, aquaculture is required to implement all regulations, especially the declaration at the beginning. Up to now, setting up landmarks for aquaculture areas has been done, and 40% of aquaculture housholds have been in the planning.
On September 26, the district People's Committee has met with departments and localities abour setting up pannels to propagandize raisers about the aquaculture planning and the Decree 02 of the Government in many places.
