Among 11 main groups of products and services, the group of drinks and cigarettes increased by 0.61%; the group of housing, electricity, water, fuels and building materials increased by 3.38%, the group pf home appliances: 0.01% up; traffic: 0.85% up; education: 2.76% up; culture, entertainment and tourism: 0.04% up. The group of dining-out food and services decreased by 0.41%; other goods and services: 0.03% down. CPI of garment, headwear and footwear, medicine and medical services, and post and telecommunication made no change.
The increase in September CPI was due to increase in prices of gas, petrol, houses for lease, running water and private nursery fee.
