Accordingly, the provincial People’s Committee requires investment promotion activities to be feasible and effective; aim to main markets like Japan, Korea, the US, etc.; focus on agriculture, high technology, information technology, digital technology, nanotechnology, precision technology, clean industry, energy and new materials to wait for Indutry 4.0; consider the improvement of investment environment as the key to investment promotion; associate investment promotion activities with promotion activities of tourism, commerce, culture, etc.
To carry out the above orientations, the provincial People’s Committee has directed related departments to survey market potentials, trends and investors; build up database to serve investment promotion; list projects calling for investment, build publications and document for investment promotion; propagandize and introduce environment, policies, potentials and opportunities for investment; train to raise capacity on tourism promotion; support businesses and investors; cooperate in investment promotion etc.
