Up to now, most of the hamlets and communes in the whole Khanh Hoa Province have power from the national grid. However, two island hamkets Vung Ngan and Bich Dam (in Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City) have to use power generators, and three remote island hamlets, namely Ninh Dao Hamlet, Ninh Tam Hamlet and Diep Son Hamlet in Van Thanh Commune, Van Ninh District have no electricity up to now.
