South Van Phong Port in Ninh Hoa, Khanh Hoa Province is nearing finish after being constructed for over one year. Many works have been finished, including 300 meter long wharf, supporting equipment, etc. The investor will carry out leveling the surface, build workshops, storages, etc. in coming months. As planned, the port will be put into operation in June, 2019, serving goods transportation in the region as well as partly attracting more investment.

South Van Phong Port project covering an area of 14 hectares, comprises a lot of works on infrastructures, wharf, equipment for loading, storage, etc. Total expenditure is about VND1,000 billion. The port can receive ships with capacity from 30,000 to 50,000 tons.
