Out of 11 groups of main goods and services, two groups made decrease in CPI, those were dining-out food and services (down 1.75%) and other goods and services (0.21% down). 6 groups having increase in CPI were garment – headwear – footwear (0.1% up), housing – electricity – water – fuels – building materials (0.15% up), medicine - health services (0.01% up), traffic (2.0% up), and entertainment – tourism (0.14% up).
The decrease in March CPI was because of the deep decrease in consumer demand after the lunar new year festival, and the crop of fishing putting prices down.
