After tens days of issuance (since October 16), ten bidders from over the country have bought prequalification bid documents for Nha Trang-Cam Lam expressway, according to the management of Ho Chi Minh route project.
Many of the ten bidders are the major domestic transportation companies, such as CIENCO4 Group, DEOCA Group, Phuong Thanh Transport Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company, Son Hai Group, and Vinaconex. Deadline for submission of bids is November 15.
Nha Trang-Cam Lam expressway is 29 km long and six lanes wide at final stage. In the first stage of construction, the expressway has four lanes, 17 meters wide with design speed of 120km/h. It is one of the 11 section projects of the Eastern North-South Expressway for the period 2017 - 2020. The project is implemented in the form of Public Private Partnerships with total investment capital of VND4,000 billion.
