This has helped reduce costs, increase labor productivity, improve technical management and operation management, reduce incidents, and increase reliability in power supply.
Hundreds of practical projects and initiatives
Producing and supplying power, PC Khanh Hoa always puts the quality of power, reliability of power supply on top. In recent years, the company has invested hundreds of VND billions to improve the electricity system, boost the application of scientific and technological advances to the production and business with the aim to enhance the power supply capacity in the province.. Only from 2015 to now, PC Khanh Hoa has had 201 scientific and technological projects and initiatives recognized and applied in practice. One remarkable project is "Manufacturing indicator and warning devices on medium-voltage grid" chaired by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Chairman of the Board of Directors. This project is highly appreciated by professional agencies for its applicability as well as the ability to benefit in grid operation. In 2017, the project won the third prize of the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology in collaboration with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. By 2019, when the project was in the experimental production phase, the provincial Department of Science and Technology organized the acceptance the provincial level and classify it as excellence. After that, PC Khanh Hoa produced 2,100 sets of indicator and warning devices on medium-voltage grid for power companies of Central Power Corporation.
In addition, initiatives such as "Speeding up the modernization of the measuring system at Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company", "Application of information technology in the management of daily life activities at the grid operation management team", "Developing a program of periodically measuring temperature of the grid up to 110kV", etc. are also highly appreciated. These initiatives have been widely recognized and applied, bringing great efficiency in production and business activities of the company. At present, PC Khanh Hoa is also developing and implementing many other projects and initiatives such as vehicle use management, periodic inspection of 110kV lines, periodic inspection of distribution substations; periodical temperature measure for 110kV electrical grid…

Promoting digital technology application
The research and application of science and technology projects and initiatives in PC Khanh Hoa have been widely developed. All 201 projects and initiatives recognized show the mark of the company's leadership to the technical staff. In particular, all of the recognized projects and initiatives have been applied in production and business. In 2020, PC Khanh Hoa will continue to deploy new science and technology projects.
Currently, the company also is focusing on the research, development and application of 4.0 technology for production and business activities.
