Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just allowed Long Son Energy Joint Stock Company to lease more than 192 hectares of land in Ninh Son Commune, Ninh Hoa Town to implement Long Son Solar Power Plant project.
The committee directed relevant units to inform the land user to pay fees and charges; sign the lease; and fulfill necessary procedures to grant land-use right certificate to the land user in accordance with the law. Ninh Son Commune is responsible for preventing and dealing with acts that violate the land-use purpose.
