According to the investor, The Aston project consists of 3 apartment blocks HH1-HH2-HH3 with 24 to 27 floors with a total of 1,341 luxury apartments. Phase 1, the investor will open HH3 block with the 1st floor for shophouses, the 2nd floor for rent, the 3rd floor for service utilities, from the 4th floor to the 26th floor for apartments with area from 34m2 to 98m2 each and the 27th floor for a 300m2 sky villa. The investor offers the price from 60 to 70 million VND/m2.
Recently, VCN Investment Joint Stock Company has started construction of CT3 apartment project in Vinh Diem Trung urban area, Nha Trang City. The project, built on a total area of more than 10,222m2 is designed to have 17 floors with nearly 500 apartments. The investor is surveying the market to give a reasonable price, maybe more than 20 million VND/m2.
