As reported by Khanh Hoa Development Project Management Unit, in 2020, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee funded the project VND24.06 billion of reciprocal capital (including VND12.42 billion carry-over from 2019) and VND407.783 billion of Official Development Assistance (ODA) capital. The unit has disbursed nearly VND108 billion of ODA and VND3.7 billion of reciprocal capital. It is expected that by the end of 2020, the unit will have disbursed only VND272 billion of ODA (67%) and VND14.458 billion of reciprocal capital (60%).
The difficulties in site clearance and slow rate of design approval progress for construction works are the causes of the low disbursement.

The delegation also inspected some construction works being implemented in the city, such as: washrooms at Vinh Hoa 1 Primary School and Phuoc Hai Primary School, NT1.3 package’s pumping station on Pham Van Dong Street, and construction work connecting wastewater with households on the road Le Hong Phong.

The delegation will continue to work with Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on November 11.
