Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice-chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee attended the ceremony.

The system including 24 solar panels has been installed on the roof of Tran Quang Khai Junior High School with a gross installed capacity of over 10kWp. On average, the system produces 40kWh of electricity each day. The total installation cost of VND250 million was sponsored by EVNCPC staff. After nearly four months put into operation, the system has helped the school to save approximately VND2 million/month on electricity bills.

This is one of the four rooftop solar power systems that EVNCPC in association with the media has installed in 2020. Apart from Khanh Hoa, EVNCPC has installed rooftop solar power systems at three schools in the provinces of Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, and Dak Lak.

On this occasion, Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company presented 20 gifts to the disadvantaged pupils who have studied well of Tran Quang Khai Junior High School.
