Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Le Huu Hoang, Standing Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, attended the opening ceremony.

The fair includes 86 stands of businesses in and outside the province selling agricultural products, processed seafood, meat, eggs, canned foods, confectionery, micronutrients, food additives, food processing equipment, etc. Additionally, there are stands selling coffee, tea, fruit juice, and other types of beverages. Most of the products sold at the fair are the typical products and specialties of the localities over the province.
