Expenditure for industry promotion increases
According to Le Huu Hoang - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the industry promoting program will strongly support investment activities in the production of the rural industry to develop the production and processing of typical industrial products, industries and fields with advantages of the province. In addition, the program will facilitate rural industry facilities to access opportunities for digital economy development; improve productivity, quality and competitiveness of products in order to add value and high technology content in products as well as promote connection and trade activities. |
According to Le Thu Hai - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, in the period 2021 - 2025, industry promoting activities will focus on supporting vocational training, skill improvement and management capacity for rural industry establishments; building models of performing techniques, applying advanced machinery and equipment to industrial - handicraft production; developing typical rural industrial products. In addition, industrial promotion will conduct linking, cooperation, development of industrial clusters and relocation of establishments causing environmental pollution; improve management capacity and implement industry promoting projects.
Many solutions
The program sets the following goals: from now to 2025, striving to build 5 demonstration models of production techniques for new products and new technologies; supporting 3-5 establishments to apply cleaner production in production stages; supporting 70 - 80 typical rural industrial establishments to implement projects on application of advanced machinery and equipment in production; recognizing and rewarding 150 - 200 typical rural industrial products at the provincial level; supporting 5 projects to build, renovate and upgrade environmental pollution treatment systems at rural industrial facilities; helping 100 to 150 rural industrial establishments to participate in domestic fairs and exhibitions, 30 rural industrial establishments to build, register brands, invest in showrooms, introduce products... |
The provincial People's Committee requested the provincial Department of Industry and Trade to strengthen the implementation of industrial promotion activities; review mechanisms and policies, properly assess the shortcomings in actual implementation. On that basis, the provincial Department of Industry and Trade will do consultion to adjust, supplement and complete the program; to step up the reform of administrative procedures so that more and more organizations and individuals can benefit from the industrial promotion policy. The provincial Department of Industry and Trade is in charge of training and professionalizing state management staff on industrial promotion. In addition, the program has solutions on human resources, product consumption markets, science and technology; strengthen coordination of state management agencies with mass organizations to effectively implement industrial promotion activities.
Le Huu Hoang - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that the industry promoting program for the period of 2021 - 2025 with the goal of mobilizing and effectively using all domestic and foreign resources to invest and create motivation to develop new industrial production - handicrafts in order to forward economic restructuring towards industrialization – modernization, and then creating jobs, increasing incomes and contributing to the construction of new rural areas, improving competitiveness, effectively implementing the international economic integration roadmap.
