Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued an official document on the production and consumption of agricultural products amid COVID-19 pandemic.
The provincial People's Committee requested the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to make urgent cooperation with other provincial departments, sectors and localities to review and assess in detail the production, processing, preservation and consumption of main agricultural products of organizations and individuals in the province; and list the difficulties and problems that need to be solved.

Based on that, the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development cooperates with the provincial departments of Industry and Trade, Transport, Finance, and Health; State Bank of Vietnam – Khanh Hoa branch; provincial Tax Office; People's Committee of districts, towns, cities; and relevant provincial departments, sectors and units to work on the matters and propose the provincial People's Committee synchronous and effective solutions to maintain and stabilize the production and consumption of agricultural products; ensure no disruption to food supply chain; ensure no large amount of inconsumable products, no profiteering and no increase in prices of agricultural products; and promote the consumption of food in the province and interprovincial consumption to meet the demand for food in the locality. The tasks need to be reported to the Provincial People's Committee before August 10.
