Khanh Hoa Electricity Joint Stock Company is implementing procedures to reduce electricity bills for customers using electricity for daily life in districts, towns and cities in the province that are implementing social distancing measures according to Directive 16 on July 30.
The reduction rate is 15% (before VAT) for consumers consuming less than 200kWh per month and 10% (before VAT) for those consuming more than 200kWh per month. The reduction will be applied for electricity bills of Augusts and September 2021.

In addition, centralized quarantine facilities used for COVID-19 prevention and control will be reduced electricity bills during the periods hosting people in quarantine. Specifically, facilities that have been selected by authorized State agencies to serve as centralized quarantine facilities without charge paid by quarantined individuals will receive 100% reduction on electricity bills. The reduction will also be applied for the sections of hospitals treating COVID-19 patients. The reduction period is seven months from June to December 2021.
