However, Luyen said that due to the epidemic and difficult sale, he will not focus sale on before Tet, but will sell them gradually from before Tet until the third or fourth month of the lunar calendar.

In Khanh Thanh commune, the area of grapefruits in the whole commune is about 63ha. According to local leaders about cultivation techniques, most people in the commune know well.
Luong Nguyen Nhat Truong - Head of Agriculture and Rural Development Department of Khanh Vinh district said that the total area of grapefruits in the whole district reached about 550ha. This is the time for people to take care of fruits for the upcoming Tet crop; however, due to the epidemic situation, the district has not yet reported the expected output of grapefruits in this crop.
Due to the epidemic, the consumer market is currently facing difficulties. Therefore, the current grapefruit production is not as much as the same period in previous years. The selling price at the garden is still at a stable level, ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 VND/kg.
