According to the evaluation of HR Asia, ACB has excellent working environment with outstanding human resource policies, attractive remuneration, and regular exciting internal activities to improve the cohesion between employees and management board. During the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, ACB has made policies to ensure the operation of the bank and interest of the employees.
HR Asia conducted interviews with 581 businesses in Vietnam through the Total Engagement Assessment Model. The respondents interviewed by HR Asia about ABC spoke highly of the bank.
