According to Nguyen Van Thuan - Vice Chairman of Khanh Vinh District People's Committee, in the task of developing production to increase income in 2021, 4 communes of the district registered, including Khanh Binh, Khanh Trung, Khanh Thanh and Khanh Phu with 25 households; the total budgt was nearly 1.5 billion VND. As a result, in Khanh Phu Commune and Khanh Thanh Commune have supported the conversion of crops for 21 households with an area of 15ha, the disbursement rate is 100%; Khanh Binh Commune and Khanh Trung supported 4 households to participate in concentrated breeding with the disbursement rate reaching 100% of the plan.
Implementing the OCOP program in 2021, Khanh Vinh District had 2 businesses registered with Thai Tuong green-skinned grapefruits of Dang Thai Luyen business household and Son Nguyen green-skinned grapefruits of Son Nguyen business household. As a result, both products were evaluated and rated 3 stars by the Provincial People's Committee.

In investment in essential infrastructure, Song Cau commune implemented 3 works including drilling well in Nam village, concrete yard in the Commune People's Committee, drilled well in Dong village with a total cost of 495 million VND, 100% was disbursed.
Currently, the district has collected the implementation plan to build new rural areas in 2022 of the communes to survey and orientate communes. Along with that, in order to continue to effectively implement the program, the District People's Committee proposed the province to provide financial support for 13 communes in the area to adjust and update the planning and have policies to support the development of agricultural production and rural services.
