In addition to striving for higher revenue and profit than the previous year, the most important goal of the company for this year is making the Sanvinest Khanh Hoa brand into a national brand.
Efforts to reach targets
In 2021, the Covid 19 epidemic has greatly affected the production and business activities of Sanvinest Khanh Hoa. However, the Board of Directors and all officers and staff of the company fighted the epidemic and stabilized production; proposed many flexible policies and solutions for efficient business operations. The company established an online sales department, deployed online sales channels, organized promotions, took care of customers to stimulate consumer demand; mobilized branches and markets across the country to make efforts in business and sales, striving to achieve assigned plan targets. By the end of 2021, the sales volume reached 136 million products, exceeding 15% of the plan; revenue reached 1,752 billion VND, exceeding 11% of the plan. During the year 2021, the company still kept the average income for employees of nearly 16 million VND/person/month.
Although the epidemic has been gradually controlled now, the economy has not yet recovered as before. Therefore, all officers and employees of the company determine to promote the strength of solidarity, thinking and creativity to successfully implement the production and business plan in 2022. Accordingly, the company strives to achive the year's revenue of 1,850 billion VND, with 180 million products; pre-tax profit is expected to reached about 99 billion VND, including 60 billion VND to the state budget. At the same time, the company strives to raise the average income for employees from nearly 16 million VND (in 2021) to 16.3 million VND/person/month. Moreover, the company aims to make the Sanvinest brand become a national brand in 2022.
Nguyen Khoa Bao - Director of Sanvinest Khanh Hoa said that in order to achieve the assigned targets in 2022, the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors as well as all officers and employees of the company need try their best. The company will propose flexible policies and solutions, ensuring effective business operations in volatile market conditions; keep online sales channels, organize promotions and take care of customers to stimulate consumer demand; coordinate with branches and markets in the country to sell and reach targets.
Spreading the Sanvinest brand
In order to build and develop Sanvinest Khanh Hoa brand to become a national brand, the Board of Directors of the company determined to continue to expand customers; propose promotional programs; and do marketing for Sanvinest brand nationwide. In 2022, the company will actively research new products under the Sanvinest brand and prepare machinery and packaging designs to launch products to the market.
In addition, Sanvinest Khanh Hoa will continue to apply sales management software more effectively and build a distribution system increasing sustainably; upgrade the website, pay attention to the personnel of the online sales department in order to exploit this sales channel most effectively; apply 4.0 technology to the management, production and business of the company. Along with that, the company will speed up the process of building a chain of Sanvinest bird houses; implement the product link chain and build a traceability process of bird's nest products towards export.
On the other hand, in 2022, the company will build one more bird's nest drink factory and one bird's nest material processing workshop in Song Cau Industrial Cluster (Khanh Vinh district) with a total investment of 220 billion VND. It is expected that by the end of the first quarter of 2023, the projects will be put into operation.

In particular, in 2021, the company was awarded the National Quality Gold Award by the President of the country and won the World Class category at the Asia-Pacific International Quality Award. This is an important premise for Sanvinest Khanh Hoa's product lines to reach the international market. In 2022, the company continues to pay attention to intellectual property issues, trademark protection, domestic and international trademarks; and strengthen trade promotion in potential markets, especially China and India to bring products to foreign customers.
