Specifically, production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning increased by 18.6%; mining industry went up by 16.97%; processing and manufacturing industry increased by 10.39%; water supply and waste and wastewater treatment industries rose by 2.36%.
Generally, the industrial production index in the first two months of 2022 increased by 8.42% compared to the same period last year. The sectors with high index included processing and manufacturing (8.15%); production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning (16.43%). Mining industry and water supply, waste and wastewater treatment industries decreased by 16.91% and 0.55%, respectively.
